    1 smile VERY DISAPPOINTED
    We stayed in this property in December of 05 and had the worst experience, the hotel room was filthy, the pullout bed in the suite was older than am and the help were rude. complained and received a complimentary room. We decided to give this property another chance in April and when we got there, the front desk help were rude. We got up to our hotel room and discovered blood stains on the dust ruffle and bedspread. house keeping was wonderfully polite and apologetic, came up and change the linens. Overall a terrible experience both occasions. Would not recommend this property.

    Great location, close to downtown. Hotel needs renovations-rooms were a bit shabby and bathroom needed some repairs. spotless.

    We were going to Canada and decided to sleep in Burlington. this property is a great choice, is near lots of shops and the pedestrian street. the hotel room is small, in addition spotless. The breakfast meal needs improvement: almost eplate and cup was filthy (like they didn't wash well). in addition the rest is really nice.

    Hotel location is great. Management needs improvement. house keeping for a four star hotel should be imppecable, not so so.

    This is an over priced, overbooked and over used hotel in a great location. It needs general up keep and some competition. $ standard hotel room you would expect nicer rooms and better service. hotel room small bathroom tiny. Sheets thin and the bed was ordinary. Not premium sheets or bed as stated in the advertisings. hotel room not like picture. No upgrade on arrival. Construction outside wakes you at 7am. The work out hotel room is small and needs a fan. 3rd level it's the closest $5.50 for parking. WBR extra towels, cookies and soda. Iwas expecting more from a Wyndham.
